Half Moon Plumbing is exceptional to work with. From the moment they answered the phone, communication through scheduling, quotes, tech arrival and most important the work itself was top notch. Our tech James was patient and kind explaining everything he was doing and the cost. I highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing.

Half Moon's plumber, Evan Quarterson, provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. He was courteous and demonstrated a high level of expertise in resolving my plumbing issue. His efficiency was remarkable, completing the job two hours ahead of the estimated four hour time frame. He took the time to clean up the work area thoroughly upon completion. I highly recommend Evan for any plumbing needs. He is a true asset to Half Moon Plumbing.
The lowered star rating I gave Half Moon Plumbing was due to disappointing communication skills which needs significant improvement. Initially they seemed competent but I soon found their communication regarding scheduling and work updates sorely lacking. Their tardiness, particularly their six-hour delay for the eventual appointment at the end of the day, was unacceptable and left me hanging all day without any updates. More upfront communication and timely updates would be appreciated even if it means rescheduling rather than leaving customers in limbo. Other than an "I'm sorry" there was no genuine effort on their part to make amends or remedy their mistakes.
"To be a blessing and not a burden to our customers" as stated on their website wasn't fulfilled in my dealings with them.

The initial assessment went well. Bryce was very professional and explained the process completely. I can complete another review at completion of this big project.
The 3-day project has been completed. It was a big job, but Evan did great work. He kept me informed, offered options, and was knowledgeable about plumbing issues on an older house. He and Seth were always on time, took quite short lunch breaks, and were respectful of my property and time. Even deserves a raise!
