NEVER have I ever been so disappointed with a business! They kept canceling or rescheduling my scheduled dates to install a storm shelter. I hate that I had to deal with these problems for 6 months. The final straw was they had someone almost roll a truck and they had to cancel once again. I'm glad they gave me another company to use cause I was looking to find one myself.

Biggs came out and looked at two storm shelters we had that were sinking in the ground. They explained exactly what we needed to remedy the issue and had it all completed in one day with an Excellent Team!! Great Service, Honest and Friendly!! Thank You!!

BIG RAVE today and always with Biggs Backhoe & Septic! This company and their employees are an amazing example of what hardworking, honest, caring , compassionate people can do and accomplish ! We had an unexpected emergency with our septic system that could have been catastrophic and extremely expensive had it not been for Nick and Lee ! Not only did they show up first thing this morning with a great attitude, they were prepared and did everything in their power to get us back operating. These men weren’t looking to throw repairs and costly extras at our family in the middle of a crisis, they were patient in the process and were able to trouble shoot the problem and save me HUNDREDS possibly THOUSANDS (worst case scenario) This company is an example of how My wife and I hope to raise our children and one of Piedmont’s BEST examples in my opinion . I appreciate you more than words can describe and hope this makes it back to you gentlemen! I only wish I could do more , keep up the great work. Service: Outdoor system repair
