Wonderful experience working with this group of people. Came out and did an estimate and helped me plan out my project, then got to work and got it all done. They did beautiful work on my property at a fair price and I plan to have them help on my future projects as well. Highly recommend!

My family has been using Tree Solutions for virtually all of their landscaping needs for at least 6 years now, and we have never been anything but pleased with the results, which are always just as good if not better than expected. I would highly recommend them if you want people that do a high quality job and who will go above and beyond to make sure that you're completely satisfied as a customer.

I recently engaged Tree Solutions, LLC to remove some hazardous dead branches from my property. While I initially had positive interactions with Keaton, who introduced himself as "basically the owner," the actual work performed fell short of expectations. During the initial consultation, I very clearly indicated that I was concerned about dead branches over my barn, my chicken coop, and my kids playset. I was sent an un-itemized quote for $4,000 - in hindsight, I do realize that I made a mistake in not asking for an itemized list of the work that was agreed upon. I ultimately had to be out of state on the date that the work was to be performed, so my wife stayed home to review the work and pay the bill. When the crew arrived to perform the work they only removed a single large branch over the barn and a couple of branches to the side of my driveway, leaving the others over the chicken coop and playset untouched. When my wife raised the issue, Keaton claimed that he had never discussed removing those branches with me. He also indicating that he was expecting to have a larger crew and get more work done, but that there were people out sick that day. A few weeks later, I was finally able to get in touch with Keaton and asked about the incomplete work, and he told me a completely different story than he had told my wife. He admitted that there had been a miscommunication on his part, but no resolution was offered. Since that time, we have been unable to get in contact with anyone else at Tree Solutions to determine next steps towards a resolution. The crew's disregard for property safety became evident during the removal process. My wife witnessed them drop a large branch on top of our trampoline, causing damage to its poles. This was never mentioned to her, and when she inquired about the damage, Keaton told her that they had fixed the bent poles. A few days later, the poles broke and gave way. After our trampoline broke, we were initially able to get in touch with Keaton who assured us that a check for the replacement cost was being sent. However, weeks passed without receiving the check, and our attempts to contact the company via phone and Facebook were met with silence. It took resorting to calling from an anonymous number to finally get an answer from Keaton, who claimed the check had been mailed earlier that week. We did receive the check the next week, but the postage date showed that the check was not actually mailed until the day that I called. This highlights the company's lack of transparency and complete disregard for customer concerns. I have never left a negative review in my life, but after months of ignored calls/messages I have accepted that Im not going to get a resolution. My experience with Tree Solutions, LLC was marred by incomplete work, property damage, and a lack of communication. The company's failure to fulfill its commitments and its dismissive attitude towards customer concerns raise serious questions about its professionalism and reliability. I urge potential customers to carefully consider these factors before entrusting their tree removal needs to Tree Solutions, LLC.

Tree Solutions of (Oklahoma removed a large pine tree on my property. They were friendly, affordable and showed up. On time getting tree down and cleaning up well afterwards!!
