Family member had an appointment today, while we waited for the longest time, the security guard got a phone call and every other word out his dirty mouth was the F word,with people sitting in waiting area, that's very unprofessional not to mention offensive, his conversation on his cell phone went on for 15 minutes!, I guess people like him never know who's listening, this case it was a local guide that had sit there and listen to that dirty mouth of his,very unprofessional!!!, and rude!!!

The appt desk will not answer the phone!! Tried for 2 weeks to get appt and no one answers the phone. Call the clinic they won t talk to you just transfers you and no one answers. Husband is an established patient for many yrs
