The lettuce on the salad bar was absolutely old brown : poor presentation. The worst Ive had since Ive started coming here this past year. The pizza buffet was horrible as well, *cold* pizza was sitting on the buffet and unfortunately the same desert was out when I got here and still out when I left. A very disappointed experience. More

Our order was brought out one item at a time with a wait time of 10 minutes between each, all items were ordered at the same time by the time the last item was brought to the table we were forced to ask for Togo containers. Waiting several minutes I was forced to go to the counter and get the containers myself. The manager refused to give me his name and told me that it was normal for waiting between items to arrive. Several tables were uncleared for the entire time we were there despite the fact only one other customer was dining in.

Iv ordered pizza here for about 2 years now. Almost evertime The pizza is soggy or the cheese is almost ripped off the pizza. I will no longer be ordering pizza from mazzios. Yall it's not hard to make a good pizza. This location is dirty and the food is trash. More

This location seems to struggle with cleanliness standards and at times service. I dont believe the customer is always top priority. The location is ok but not the best. There is a location about two miles down the road. That location will be my pick going forward. The tea urn was black and our salad dishes had black smudges on them. I would post pictures but couldnt fingers out how.
