Bethany was a dream to work with! She went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure everything was perfect! I didnt have to worry about anything the day of and was able to relax and be in the moment with my bridesmaids which was something I needed. We did have a few hiccups during the day but Bethany was right there to defuse the situation and take care of it. The one thing I wish I would have done was hired her for partial planning! The week of my wedding I would have brought her in to run last minute errands and to over see a few things getting dropped off so I could spend time with out of town guests. Other than that, our night went pretty smoothly and we were so happy with the end result! She saw my vision and executed it perfectly! I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

I have been a wedding photographer for 13 years now. One of the most important things you can do on your wedding day is to hire a quality wedding planner. Bethany is one of my favorites to work with by far. She is organized, kind, efficient, and reliable. 10/10 recommend hiring her for your special day!

Bethany came highly recommended to me from one of my bridesmaids who had used her as her wedding planner several years ago. I would recommended her to any bride, having a wedding of any size of any style. Through all our meetings and emails, she exhibited nothing but professionalism, guidance and kindness. We couldn't have asked for a better day-of coordinator, and she kept our entire day on track and stress-free for my husband and I. Bethany- we couldn't have done it without you!!! Thanks a million for all your help & love while helping us throw this party!

Only 1 mistake was made when hiring Bethany and that was not using her services for full wedding planning. I sorely regret this til today We hired Bethany for our April 3rd, 2021 wedding as the day of management. If you have the funds, get a Wedding planner! The time and stress you will save alone is worth it. Bethany was a delight to work with and was quick to assist with questions we had or issues we had with vendors before the wedding as she stepped in to help coordinate vendors 30 days before. Let me explain how Bethany stopped the total melt down of a bride on April 3rd 2021. The day before the wedding the UPS truck bringing the replace items of suits for groomsmen suits wrecked. Bethany assured me it would be ok if the overnighter ones didn't get here in time. There were was to make it work and we would be able to do it. She calmed me down and sent me on my way to rehearsal dinner. I was actually able to not focus on that and enjoy the rehearsal dinner. Wedding day came and Bethany was there ready to go on time. Things already started rocky. A box of decor was missing. Bethany continued to flow with set up as it was tracked down and finally returned to the venue. Now the rest of the mess I did not know about til after the wedding and I probably wouldn't have learned about any til after if food had not run out. That's right. Food ran out. For a plated dinner. That I gave the caterer a color coded list with every guest and their food choice and even though everyone who RSVP'd didn't show up, the caterer Klynn Events, RAN OUT OF FOOD, before half the guests were served! Come to find out Bethany was dealing with the mess of Klynn Events throughout the day while trying to manage my wedding all day. Klynn events dropped off wrinkled stained table cloths with black hairs on them. Catering and Bar were late. An hour before the ceremony Bethany was trying to find out where they were. 5 mins before our ceremony was over, Klynn events informed Bethany they were 10 mins away! Then poor Bethany had to deal with unfortunate duty of telling the Bride and Groom food has run out after the food that was being served by Klynn Events wasn't edible at some points. As we walked around apologizing to guests Bethany got pizza ordered and somehow she kept things running smoothly. Guests were still dancing, laughing, conversing and having a good time. We could not imagine going through our big day without Bethany and would have been none the wiser about any of the issues the day of the wedding if food had not of run out. Like I said before, the only thing we would of changed about 4/3/21, is we would've hired Bethany for full wedding planning services. We are so on board with that statement, that we have decided that wedding planning services will be our gifts to our future children if they decided to get married or we shall pay for their elopement! We are very grateful to what Bethany accomplished that day!
