Big fan of Sapulpa Family Dental; friendly staff, clean office, I can watch Disney movies while I get my teeth cleaned, and I always get my token for a prize because I floss.

I always have a positive experience when I go to Sapulpa Family Dental. The hygienist Brittany always does an excellent job. I have seen both doctors and they are great.

Do NOT use!!! Went in for repair on a cavity and the dentist ended up killing my tooth from getting so close to the nerve! So I needed a root canal. I was told there would be no charge. They waited a year and then sent an invoice after being told there was no charge, since it was the fault of the dentist!! I called the office after receiving the invoice the receptionist said she would talk to the dentist and get back to me. She never did of course and sent it to collections! I was supposed to get a call when my cap was ready. After taking off work twice and then finding out they forgot to actually order it! So now I am stuck with nothing finished and a HUGE bill!! These people are horrible snd scam artist!!! No NOT go here!!!

Everyone at sepulveda family dental have been amazing. I've always been incredibly fearful of dentists, but they make me feel comfortable and welcome and the procedures have been pain-free. I think everyone should go to sapulpa family dental.

I liked this place from the get-go. But now I will be loyal for life. It may be a novel but worth the read if you want the full picture of why you should give this place a try. Firstly, everyone has been patient with my kids who have high anxiety about pain. They pause if we need to, they talk calmly and gently and don't force anything if the kids start getting anxious. We've now had to reschedule a procedure a couple times to attempt different methods and they were fully understanding. But today, I saw a different side at their facility that really humbled me. Due to a failure with their auto text program, we didn't receive our confirm text until less than 2 hours before our appointment had a chance to be canceled. I didn't see the text until later that evening and was panicked over the idea that our appointment would be canceled, especially since we don't live conveniently near them and the drive would be out of the way. I tried calling several times on the way there the morning of but the line was busy. About the time we were nearing the halfway point, I called for the fourth time to ask if our appointment was cancelled. The lady who answered confirmed that our appointment was still scheduled and I expressed mild frustration that the text came so late in the date and I could be penalized if I didn't answer in time. I get why they have this system but it was flawed and it had caused me mild stress but could cause others more stress and I wanted them to be aware of the situation. Well there was some miscommunication that left both of us feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. I'm sure she was not pleased with my reaction and I don't blame her. I won't go into details. We made it to our appointment and went about our business. Near the end, the office manager had got word of what had happened and came into apologize. I told her I was ready to cancel all future appointments with them. I was angry and upset. She said she understood and my feelings were valid. She listened calmly and with compassion. As we went to leave, she took me aside and told me some things that had been happening in their lives and explained that the other receptionist was a very kind person and was just struggling with some things. By the end of our chat, I was absolutely amazed by her level of communication, her loyalty to her friend, her level headed nature, & her ability to bravely stand up for her co-worker but see my side of the situation too. She was compassionate and caring throughout. I told her to let me sleep on it overnight before we canceled the appointments, especially given the new information. I forgot something inside and after I got the kiddos in the car, I had to run back in. At that point the other receptionist was there too and I took the opportunity to apologize for my actions. She was very courteous and apologized for how she made me feel too. Honestly it was a beautiful example of how people can work through things if we aren't too stubborn to just take responsibility for our actions. We even all cried a little together. Sometimes we are having a bad day and none of us are perfect and need to remember compassion, something these ladies reminded me of today. Did they mess up a bit? Maybe. I know I did. But in the end, the level of professionalism required to meet in agreement without bitterness or anger when something has gone wrong is astounding. These ladies nailed it, reminded me of an important lesson in the process and earned my loyalty and my business as long as they will have it. Thank you Kristin and Brittany. You are assets to your place of employment, your profession and to the world.
