        Took all papers to worker at liberty tax she never even tried to get me more she just put info in computer the didn't try to help me with me things and try to figure out what will help me get a maximum refund. First she didn't return my calls so in my book we were off to a bad start. Then she didn't offer or try to help me to file. She didn't seem very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She is the manager. But I was not pleased with my service. Liberty will not get a very good rating from me. Wayne Couch

      I am very sorry that you had this experience. Yes, we are here to help maximize your refund, However, we are also here to make sure that it is all done correctly and in accordance with the IRS regulations. I am sorry that you feel so strongly about your experience. We are very busy in the first couple of months and sometimes it is hard to find the hours in the day to return all phone calls. I know how frustrating that can be.I am so sorry to hear that we didn't exceed all standards. However, it is not the norm. Hope that you are able to find the help that you are needing to complete your return accurately. I do assure you that the person you encountered at the office is very knowlable in her field.
