        I just have to give a huge shout out to the AT&T store by the mall! My SIM card decided to stop working for some unknown reason today. So when I got off work I stopped by the AT&T store and they got me right in. It took quite a while to fix the problem, but the manager (his name has slipped my mind) and the associate named Paul were extremely polite and helpful as was the associate that I had to talk to on the phone. They fixed the problem at no cost to me! I was definitely impressed! And the icing on the cake is that when it started working, Paul said God is good! That just made my day! Because, God IS good! (even if my phone had not worked) Thank you Paul, and manager! Great job today!

        Never get the results I need. The assistant manager Nikki seems like he can't do anything but walk around holding his notepad and tell you he can't help you even if it means answering a simple question that any assistant manager I would think know. The other workers are great but whoever that assistant manager Nikki is in Shawnee doesn't seem to want to do anything at all.
