So disappointed in this law firm. Due to their inability to communicate or even actually do any work, I dropped my lawsuit and lost money do to paper work that took them forever to file (literally months). No communication unless initiated by me during the whole process. Fast talker and never answers the phone. My opinion use someone else. ***Update*** Now it's taking forever to get my money refunded. Getting run around with a covid excuse and still no communication unless I physically go by the office. Jim was rude with my wife and instead of trying to make it right with us he storms off like a child. I'm warning you don't waste your money with this lawfirm. He kept $667 bucks he says to file paper work and have a phone call with me...no record of it ever being filed and the phone call lasted about 9 minutes and cost me 150 bucks. Jim Cole Pettis is a shyster and should be labeled a crook.

Hired Jim to help with my divorce case and as a mother getting out there after being a stay at home mom for 9 years it's been hard to pay him yes but are agreement was I'd pay him 3 grand I gave him 2 grand out of the 3 and received a letter in the mail of him with drawing him self from my case and hasn't done anything to help me with what I have gave him so far and my divorce is still on going and not final yet and it's two yrs later now vary upset thought I could trust them but after getting that letter of him with drawing himself I'm shocked and out of 2 grand for work that never got done

Jim was super unprofessional and over loaded. Didnt communicate, take time for his client. Over charging and wouldnt make my case a priority because I didnt pay 10 grand. Called me names on the phone and ignored my concerns. If you want a good attorney just go somewhere else. Jim is only in it for the money, very frustrating and very unorganized. Receptionists who arent even paralegals handling case. Dont waste your time or your money

They are the most amazing down to earth people Jim and the other staff are so helpful to get things taken care of I would. Totally recommend them to family and friends
