University Laundry ATM

Negative experience 1st time visiting the laundry all the doors were locked, i waived in to the attendant where he stood in the middle of the building and yelled at me from inside, i could not understand what was being said through 2 shut and locked glass doors, a couple of washers spinning and him being so far away. I put my hand to my ear and tried to tell him i coudlt hear him. Where he shook his head threw his hands up in the air and was incredibly hateful as he yells out- while shaking his head no- you gotta get a key. Okay - ?? A key required is not mentioned on the online info found on google. The guy could have at least advised me where- do i get a "key"??? Im leaving and really hope i never HAAAVE to return - Ill choose tp spend my money elsewhere- Really hurt my feelings being treated with so much meanness, i havent done anything--- to deserve theway i was treated

Beside the laundry that needs an active ID Card for those who live on campus, entering the building and using MidFirst Bank ATM also requires your ID Card (for swiping and entering to the building). So, please make sure about this before come here to use this ATM.

Note that you MUST live in OSU Family and Graduate Student housing and have an active ID card to gain entry to the laundromat!
