      image Neither hygienist nor doctor identified or introduce themselves before beginning several filling repairs. I walked through the doors expressing anxiety about childhood dental trauma. Nobody talked me through the procedure as it was happening. The dentist literally walked out of the procedure with no explanation. When she returned about 6 minutes later, I asked her why she was annoyed. She then explained how she was annoyed I cussed at her after she told me she had to go do another exam. Kinda hard to do with a mouth propped open! A little grace and bedside manner would have gone a lot further than the arrogance Sara Bassett showed today. Hope you get treated with the same bedside manner you dished out today.
