I was so comfortable with and so appreciative of the meeting with Laura Deaton when I made arrangements for my memorial service and cremation with Strode. I know my children will appreciate how easy the process will be when the time comes at my death.

Phillip was an absolute blessing to talk to in such a hard time. Im so grateful for his help and kindness. If you want your family member to be well taken care of, I cant suggest Strode enough.

I was embraced to see my friend who would never walk out of her house without make up and lipstick on and she looked gray with dark eyelids and lips with out lipstick and no makeup. I know what she went through she was my best friend. Id be ashamed if I were you

Sherry and Jennifer were very kind. The reason for the 3 stars is because a request was ignored. When our beloved Chica passed, we were very distraught. In that emotional time, we had forgotten to take off Chica's collar, which we wanted to keep. Sherry made the note on the instructions to please remove the collar and keep this. Unfortunately, this was ignored and we did not receive the collar back.
