Worst experience with a hotel yet. Infested with roaches and bed bugs. Cleanliness of the rooms were horrible.

Wanted this because says bar and pool.
Pool closed and bar they said has been closed since 2020.
Dont want to drink and drive so really wanted to have a drink and go to my room
Food & drinks: Very close to restaurants and shopping

Nice rooms, some facing inside but on our request we moved to one facing outside.
Great breakfast with hot keto friendly options, nice scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage gravy.
Close to OSU.
Poor Wi-Fi connection.

Unfortunately one of the worst stays at a hotel ever. I came in late on the first night and found that under the fridge was mouldy and covered in dead roaches, but no one was there to do anything so I had to accept it. I asked them to move me the next morning, which they couldnt because they were overbooked, so I asked them to clean the room while I was away at a conference. When I came back, it was exactly the same, so I asked them again to move me, or clean it, there was a whole thing where they lost my reservation and I had to prove I had the room booked. After this they promised to send someone right up, no one ever came. The next day I asked one more time for them to clean as I left for the conference and came back to find the same dead bugs as well as a live roach. Finally they moved me to a room on the fourth floor which smelled a bit odd, but was at least clean. The next day I came back to the lights on in my room and all of my clothes gone. The housekeepers had taken everything out of my room and no one knew what happened to it until the morning when I got a call about it. Although this last day was uneventful, I had a valuable saxophone with me that I didnt trust to leave behind in the room, so I carried it around with me all day when I didnt really need to. There wasnt one day that was an easy stay and now Im afraid I have infested clothes because they made me stay in this dirty room for 3 nights without making a single effort.
It has been almost a month and I do not get the refunds they promised me. They told me that I had agreed to a one night refund during my checkout (not true), and ignored the other discounts they had promised me during my stay. Since then, they have offered my sarcasm and silence.
Do not stay here.
