I was trying to book a room for two nights and the clerk says Marriott doesnt give military rates! I find it odd that I travel the country and stay Marriott because of their top rate service to the Military and Stillwater Oklahoma Marriott doesnt offer it and speaks for the whole hotel chain! Maybe this hotel is anti military and needs to be avoided by all traveling. I called SpringHill Suites in Stillwater and the customer service was exceptional, I was valued as a customer making my reservation and thanked for my Service to our country! Residence Inn Stillwater take lessons from your sister hotels! No stars to the lack of customer service!!!
Noteworthy details: Less than desirable front desk customer service!!! Take care of your military and veterans that gave you the freedom you enjoy! or better yet go serve in the combat zone to fight for America and its freedom!

Ii can't brag about the staff enough!! Every person on every shift went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure all my needs were met for the perfect stay. The price was fair for everything you get in the room. Kitchen area is super nice, bedroom area is very nice, bathroom area could use a major upgrade but still nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will make this my home away from home when I visit OSU!
