        I have been with this company for a year and finally did a claim for mechanical breakdown which is supposed to be covered they denied this claim which after reading all the reviews is what they do with all claims. Stay away from them

        THIS IS A SCAM. I was expecting a replacement phone be sent immediately. They took 5 days to deny my claim. Another reviewer says it takes a month to get a replacement phone. It's just not a useful insurance product for a phone that you want to have replaced immediately. Any other insurer won't deny your claim and will overnight you a phone the next day.

        They will do anything to get out of a claim. Tedious questions and paperwork, then deny you. They are no good stay with your carrier or samsung care. Stay away!
