I love the smoothies from The Oak! I like to pick up one after a workout on the weekend for my lunch or breakfast, depending on what time I get it done. :) The smoothies aren't too sweet, just naturally sweetened from the fruit. If you're wanting a healthy smoothie, look no further! They are delicious!

I love everything about this place! the boss is such a go to !! the vibes, customer service and food are immaculate. i recommend the oak over any other aa / tea places here in stilly.
