        Went to the business office to find out why my bill did not match my record of payments. Their acctg system is totally asinine and the person I talked to could not explain it to me because she didn't understand it either.

        Many times, the ER staff don't treat all patients with respect. The Drs nurses and other staff members already have a (sensed) judgement of certain patients, therefore not giving the best and/or most effective treatment of that patient's immediate needs. They seem to have forgotten about "caring, compassionate care".
