Friendly people but they upcharged me for extra oil since I own a Volkswagen and proceeded to lie to me when showing me the dip stick, when I got home I checked my oil and it was no where near the correct level

Told them I wanted just the cheapest oil knowing full well that thats what I had done at every other oil change place in the past, and they wouldnt do it because they said my car took a certain kind that had to be the more expensive one. As soon as I got home and checked I was right and I couldve gotten the cheaper oil change. If you need an oil change, go somewhere else.

As soon as I pull in for a 10 minute oil change the guy approaches my car and says there is only 4 of them here and theyve been busy all day so it will be about a hour. I have been to 3 different take 5s now trying to get an oil change and this is what Im greeted with ? And this is ALL you do is oil changes ? Get out of here ! Either get more help or close the single promised service you offer! Customer service these days is obsolete! DO BETTER TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE! geez

My experience with them was great. I typically do my own oil changes on my vehicles I just inquired a mini cooper that was in desperate need of an oil change. My hope was with Take 5 they would have better ability than myself and tools to get majority of the old oil out. The service I received was beyond my expectations. As I saw them do everything on my vehicle I could see they did everything correctly. Not to mention a little bit of oil spilt on my exhaust and they cleaned it off with low pressure water which is the correct way of clearing a spill in the engine bay. They topped off my fluids. These guys know what they are doing and it was well worth the my time and money.
