We would definitely turn to Hancock Plumbing for assistance any time. Chris communicated well, showed up today, got to the root of our issue with the upstairs bathroom, created an easy access panel for future issues, and was 100% transparent and trustworthy as well as very affordable. I deleted all other area plumbers information from my phone and only have their information saved to use from now on.

Hancock plumbing replaced my hot water tank yesterday and Chris handed me the statement. $520 for the tank and $980 for parts and labor. That seems excessive to me but the trend in Stillwater is to charge high labor costs. My advice, always get an estimate so you won't be surprised like I was.

They did a great job! He was able to stop by the same day I called and fixed a little drip I was having on my shower faucet. Amazing!
