        Look is a fantastic place to rent from. I had an issue with my AC and was able to fill out a maintenance request online within 12 hours the issue was resolved. I'm so impressed with their properties and their staff!

        I have been asking for repairs to be made for months and barely get a response and nothing gets repaired. They do not keep up with the property and are not very helpful in fixing issues when they do respond.

        Graduated from OSU in December of 2022. Look was easily the worst property managing company I ever dealt with in Stillwater(easily 10+ better options). Owner is a complete jerk and staff seems to not care about you or the unit you live in. They also took most of my security deposit for cleaning even tho I scrubbed the damn place clean.
