We use the FedEx drop-off here to quickly drop off packages for customers or for family/friends. We have used our account a lot recently.

I will say up front the people at this FedEx are very helpful and knowledgeable, if FedEx as a corporation followed their example it would be a topcompany in my view but with the issues I had trying to talk to someone on their customer service number I have to say FedEx as a corporation is not very customer friendly, they have an automated phone system that from my use of it is designed to not allow a person to talk to a real person at FeEx.
The automated system is rather dumb and beyond giving the status of a package in route and can not do anything else when you ask for a representative, the system asks for a reason and no reason seems to get you to a real person.
I wanted to talk to a person about why my delivery was changed from 1030 am to end of day and how I could get refunded the difference in service.
The automated answering system would not let me talk to a person and offered no other options that fit the problem since it could not understand the problem.
Someone at FedEx may think they are on the cutting edge in employing what they were told is an AI but I have news for them they were ripped off the AI is really a dumb program not an AI. I would say a bad program but it is not. It is good at one thing keeping customers from talking to a person.
I went with FEDEX over USPS because I thought they would actually make their delivery time, I was wrong I should have gone with USPS overnight they arrived on time, I will not make that mistake again, especially with how The automated phone system treated me.
If I had been able to talk to a person I would not be leaving this review and FedEx would have had a satisfied customer, but since FedEx wants to play games with the phone system I am far from satisfied.

We just had a driver leave an open (empty) box at our door! Unbelievable. We heard the truck driving off just as we got the delivery alert. Then, history says, trying to resolve anything with this office is ridiculous. Such a disgrace.
