        Customer service is always good, but everything else was not. My phone has not been working good for several months, it's been compromised, cannot make calls, data is ate up in a day, shuts off unexpectedly, doesn't send message, downloads stuff, deletes stuff. My contacts are even messed up, saved numbers are all crisscrossed, I've called a contact and then it switches to a different contact. I even got a message saying to go in and get a different one. I've complained about it several times. There has been no help as far as being able to get another device. I even tried to pay for a different one and was told I couldn't.

        The employees didn't know what to do. One phone got fixed but not the other one. They didn't split the lines. I'm left crying and very upset. They wouldn't listen to me.

The policy on a replacement states if you are having any defective issues it would be cover up to 60 days with no cost to you, unless broken or damaged are incurred to void said warranty.
