It wud have been great if everything went like it was supposed to but some paperwork was not in the file which cause me to not get a return lastyear and this my return is $2000.00 short of what I was told I wud get back

Since I have been going there for the past 6 years, I have always been treated with kind friendly service & the workers already know who we are & have always been respectful. I will continue with Jackson Hewitt like I have been all these years. No use messing up something that isn't broken. Thanks
