Arbuckle Memorial Hospital

My Mom spent 4 weeks in Arbuckle Memorial Hospital and I have nothing but good things to say about the facility. It is absolutely the nicest and cleanest hospital I have ever been in. The staff were the politest people I have ever been around including the Drs Nurses Therapist everyone involved in Mom's care even the housekeeping staff. Thank you all being the most polite and compassionate group of providers and care team we could ever ask for. Sadly my Mom passed away on March 1st after being in Comfort Care for a week. She was 95 years old and she loved each and everyone that helped her during her stay. She told me many times how amazing you all were. You made our last week with her so very special to all of her family and believe me there were a lot of us that were there to say Goodbye to an Amazing Mom, Grandma, great and great great Grandma. My Husband is in the Emergency room. He calls me and I hear the nurse talking to him about his insurance and he is sicker than a dog he feels like he going to die and all she said was you're insurance has a co pay of 200.00 Everytime you come into the Emergency room. Or you can pay 20% of the co pay which is 40.00 with the tests that they will do we need at least 20% . I'm so angry this is why people hate this hospital. If you go here you will die due to the fact you don't have money or good insurance.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Russell was just awesome I was very sick and he took steps to figure out what exactly was wrong. He ordered labs and X-Rays and called me with the results as promised. Sent in prescription for a strong antibiotic to help. I highly recommend him!

Has to be the best care I have ever received. All of the staff were attentive and most importantly very caring even when dealing with difficult circumstances. Its a shame 5 stars is the highest rating. I can't thank them enough for the care I received.

Brenda Winters is my PCP at the Arbuckle Clinic. I've been seeing her for some time now; and I just love her! Although very professional, she takes the necessary time to visit with me on any health issues I have concern over. She's not pushy. She always gives me her professional opinion and then leaves it up to me to decide which direction to go. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity by a medical professional who's also humorous and personal and tries to do what is best for you...You cannot go wrong with Ms Brenda. She really does care.
