        Great place to live. Landlord Liz is a no bser, and gets it done around here. Staff is friendly and maintenance fixes everything right away. If youre looking for a cheap place to live off campus thats quiet and comfortable, this is the spot to be.

        If youre considering living in off-campus housing as an NSU student, I highly recommend living here. I have stayed here for almost 3 years and it has been an exceptional experience. Liz and her team are amazing people. You pay for rent and electric. Neighbors are mostly quiet, however the walls are thin. The only problems I had were not the fault of Eastgate Inn, it was with the greedy out-of-state property companies that bought up a lot of the complexes in the area and raised rent. The laundry room got an update while I lived here but it didnt exactly improve the experience and they doubled laundry fees. (Always use high heat when using the dryers!)
