Edna Kimble and her team were easy to work with. Very knowledgeable team. I recently contracted with them to purchase a lake house. They know the local market and worked well with the seller to get all of my requests completed in a timely manner prior to closing. Smooth process without any major hassles.

Improvement in communication and procedures needed with C21. Slow response results in loss of sell. However, we have seen recent improvement.

Im interested to see how the NAR lawsuit plays out since every agent who wanted to show my house told me their broker at this company would not let them accept anything less than 4% with a for sale by owner. Sounds like eventually the class action will include other MLS areas. And now, as an update, we might see a realignment in the industry that puts these practices away for good. And now I can return with the update and death of the type of behavior I called out in this review. No longer will brokers be able to manipulate the market and more buyers/sellers will be able to bypass brokers and save thousands.
