The Purdy Cabin was the perfect place for our friends groups rafting weekend!! The location is close enough to town to get what you need and far enough outside of town to be able to relax and feel like an escape!! The multi-level back deck was my favorite place to spend time! I enjoyed sitting out there drinking my coffee while watching the scenery in the mornings and ending the evenings with a cold drink and friends! The host was super friendly and provided us with lots of great suggestions. We took her advice for a float outfitter (IRO) right down the road and had a GREAT time! The cabin was very clean and fully stocked with anything we needed- linens, kitchen items, games/puzzles, etc. I had to work some while I was there too and had no issues with the wifi! I hope to visit again soon!!

Host was extremely rude to us. Horrible communication skills, incorrect description of capacity and expectations. Privacy felt violated and pretty much ruined our river trip. Find somewhere else to stay if your looking for any other experience than bird watching with one or two other people. And if you dont want to get yelled at by Karen as soon as you get off the water. 0 stars.

Have stayed many places on the river in the past but this one is by far my favorite. This was my third trip to the Cabin and as always everything was wonderful. The cabin is always clean and inviting. The cabin host has done some amazing renovations to the cabin over the years. Can't wait to go back!
