    We stayed in room 206 and during the night I was bitten by bed bugs so not only did I pay almost 250 for one night but I left the next morning with bites on my chin my chest my legs and the back of my neck, I am completely disgusted.

    We loved our stay! The rooms were very clean. I am so glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews on here . The manager even gave my son's a double bed room for the price of a king ! 5 stars for the service we received from check in until check out!

    If I could give this business no starts I would! I was a guest the 27th of last month and was double charged for a room! The owner called me the next morning and apologized and promised to refund me at 11:55am on the 28th and to see Nancy his General Manager for the refund. I called her over a week and she was never available or had always just left. Finally, after speaking with several employees none of who were able to assist, I spoke with a Chenille who said told me my money would be refunded to my card in two weeks! I went back today 2/27 and of course Nancy wasnt there but I did get a visit from the police asking that I not return back to the property! I never got a refund but I did get a ban from their property! Thats the kind of customer service you can expect from Mr. Patel and Nancy!
