        Wow, on hold for about 1/2 hour to talk to the pharmacy. Starting to worry about the status of the staff there. Should we call the police they may be in danger.

        Called at 1:20 for the pharmacy. I was kept on hold until 1:30 at which point someone answered the phone and said "call back after lunch" and then hung up. Classy
