I went with the Thrive with the Hive gift card and the owner was very good at explaining what all the different options was and went into great detail about the benefits of each! I started with the BrainTap and after a busy day at work in nearly put me to sleep, maybe I shouldn't have gone with a relaxing meditation session haha. Next came the red light therapy bed and let me tell you this wasn't some converted tanning bed, I could feel this one four hours after! I finished up the session with the Lymphatic drainage, imagine the shake plate turned up to 10! After sitting at a computer all day this was amazing and I felt so refreshed after. I look forward to going back and trying the IR sauna!

I recently heard about Hive Therapeutics and was curious about their services. After talking with the owner, I went with the Queen for a Day gift card. I split the session up and did the red light therapy with lymphatic drainage along with the BrainTap meditation session. First, I did the red light therapy which is like a tanning bed but without the bad rays and instead is red light that helps your skin. Next, I completed the lymphatic drainage session which shakes your body and gets things moving on the inside. I sit for most of the work day so this session was much needed. Finally, I completed the BrainTap meditation and after a stressful day at work, I was completely relaxed and fell asleep at the end. Overall, I loved my time at Hive and will be back soon to use the rest of my gift card on the Halotherapy IR sauna session. What a great addition to the Oklahoma City health scene!
