      We are a 52 year old small business full service accounting practice. Our focus is relieving the back office stress and worry from our small business owner clients so they can focus on their passion, running their business and servicing their customers. We are unique in that we have dedicated service reps who go to our clients place of work rather than making them come to us. At Interstate Business Management, we have three primary focuses: Employer services, Employee Services and Retirement Services. Our primary services to our small business clients is customized monthly booking, payroll services and tax planning. We pride ourselves in the partnership we have with our clients. Our success is tied directly to the success of our small business customers. helping our small business owners "mind their own business".

      image I couldnt believe the service we received while trying to get our business taxes done. John Davidson came into our place of business many times to get out business. We eventually decided that we wanted to go through with their services and provided a check and all our business documents to them. We were confident that our taxes was handled until we never received a response from the business. We called on several occasions trying to get ahold of someone and no one returned our calls and never reached out to our business. Almost two months later, John shows up at our business and says Lacy Jackson dont want to do your taxes Wow! He returned the check and our documents and just walked away. What level of professionalism is this? I would never do business with the company. They have no explanation except the owner didnt want to do our taxes. Dont go here. They are not professional at all.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that our services didn't meet your expectations. Our team strives to provide excellent service, and we're disappointed that we fell short in this instance.We understand that you were in a difficult situation with the Oklahoma Tax Commission, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the weather-related office closure and subsequent scheduling issues because of the ice storm. Unfortunately you only asked us for help paying your sales tax and nothing else. Most accounting firms won't pay sales tax for a business because of the liability but our firm does. Our firm only pays sales tax for businesses we do all their accounting and that was discussed with you. You also set an appointment to come into our office on March 6 to discuss the situation. On March 5th, our Office Coordinator called and confirmed the appointment for the following day, March 6th, and you confirmed. The next day, on March 6th you did not show up. Then when we tried to call, you didn't answer or return the call. That is the last time we heard anything from you until the review. We regret that our communication during this period did not meet your expectations, and we have taken steps to improve our processes in the future.We appreciate your feedback and would like to extend an invitation to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience, and we will do our best to address any issues and work towards a resolution.Thank you for considering Interstate Business Management, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

      image Well where do I start ? First of all I am the person that gets totally overwhelmed w/ taxes , etc but working w/ Betty made it such a better experience!! I cant even begin to express how different of an experience this was . She was very patient w/ me and answered all of my questions and actually for the first time I left her office feeling more educated than I ever have . She is so sweet and down to earth. She just makes you feel comfortable and for me that is huge . I would recommend her and her whole team to anyone that is needing help w/ taxes , accounting ,etc. She really put my mind at ease and helped me get a game plan of where to even start . The last lady ( different business) really messed up my taxes and I had put off dealing w/ it for to long bc like I said it completely overwhelms me so THANK You Ms. Betty for all of your help and kindness and patience. It truly was a pleasure working w/ you and your whole staff . I would absolutely recommend this establishment.. I left there feeling so relieved so again Ty!!
