Core Group

As a small business owner, I highly recommend Core Group. Back in 2010, when my business had grown to the point of needing (a lot) of professional help with taxes, payroll, and other business-related items that tended to give me headaches, we interviewed several CPA firms here in Tulsa that specialized in small businesses. Core Group pretty much blew everyone else out of the water, and we've been very satisfied customers ever since. Our amazing Relationship Manager, Jeremy Doorn, has always been very responsive to our questions and needs, and has given great advice, not only from a business tax standpoint, but also a personal tax perspective. Over the years, they helped my business grow, and in turn, I've been honored to watch them grow as well. They make you change your password like every few months. Kinda dumb don't like it. I don't want or need seven passwords per year.

CORE is the absolute worst payroll option in the state of Oklahoma. On multiple occasions our company has been paid late, or incorrectly. Their customer service is atrocious. The owners had to spend numerous hours correcting payroll after payroll transaction, usually centered around weekends and holidays. You would spend less time/money hiring an internal payroll employee.
