Would highly recommend going to another place but here. They do not come through with things they say they will. I have given them three referrals and never got credit for Them. I paid fees for things they dont do. They overcharge. Management is extremely rude. Ive very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay here and the way Ive been treated is so unfair. No one should be treated as I have as an occupant of ANY complex. Please take your money and go elsewhere. Now Im stuck living at a place I hate.

I really wish the office would listen to concerns rather than being told well sorry these are apartment complexes. its $1200 to break your lease, on top of that an additional $300 for the SPECIAL we had going on. As well as 60 days of rent; $1275. Nearly $4,000 to get out of an apartment that when we first moved into nah, right before that we were TOLD by one of their employees that we were getting first floor and that she would make sure of it; Jazmin; now fired supposedly. She was not the one to do the paperwork(?). Uncoordinated. We had to wait for a response from them to figure out whether if the tenants that were going to get the one we got were going to move in or not. Thankfully they did not, we moved in. First night, flood in the second bathroom; pipe wasnt tightened all the way. Refrigerator went out, waiting 2-3 weeks to get a new one; $300 worth of groceries down the drain along with the expense of eating out. AC goes out. Window unit gets installed, 1 or 2 months in. AC gets fixed, flood behind panel due to the drain for the third floor, second floor and OUR floor, soaking up our carpet in the living room and bedroom; has not been fixed, came and soaked up the flood and cleaned the carpet; most likely have mold now, but the issue will occur in another week or so. Dryer has to be cycled 3-4 times for anything to be dried, request was made 2 times, no response. They wanted to do an inspection, they were welcome, they did not tell us why. Turns out they threw poison underneath our sink where our POTS AND PANS are, we found out only because there was a dead rat when we got home; Sorry for the inconvenience let us know if the poison needs to be filled. Figured out where the rat was, behind the oven in the wall. Whoever installed the appliances, absolutely horrible, they did not cover the hole, they sprayed and let it drip. Made office aware, no fix to it. Overall they are more concerned by the look of their signs and their parking lot. Thats about it.

Worst complex ive ever lived at. Constant water shut offs (claim its a water conservation project but it happened even before new ownership) and make it impossible for stay at home moms to do anything during the day. They dont stay on schedule with pool cleanings. Office is always closed with no notification & they lock down the mail room consistently. And you have to bug the office for hours before they even think about sending maintenance for issues. They really dont care about their residents. Prices are way too high for how they treat you here.
