It's a real shame that the apartments are at a good price, but it's not worth living there. I lived there for almost three years and only once did they go to check the air conditioning equipment, they didn't clean the filters. Furthermore, the air works very well but the apartments do not have insulation so that they cool properly in the summer. Every summer in my apartment the temperature was 95 degrees and we had to use three fans and it was not enough to be able to sleep and be there. Until they put insulation or something like that on those ceilings, the problem will continue to exist. There really is no one who lives there in the summer. The maintenance is not the best, it is very poor. But for the price you can't ask for more. Furthermore, the blonde girl Alicia is not an approachable person, sometimes she responds with a bad face, but what can you expect. One time I mentioned to him that I needed two or three pieces of the curtain and he told me that they were $5 each and I told him that he would charge it in the rent and they never went to put them in. I complained to two employees who no longer work there today. There is always a coming and going of different employees. But those apartments are going to have to be remodeled from the inside because they have many things that do not allow people to live there with dignity. Now they have a female employee and she knows how to do good, quality work, my respects to that girl. I hope they always know how to value hers. They close the pool all the time, and the laundry only has two or three machines working. Total disaster at Sawmill Apartments. I don't recommend it to anyone.
