Gerber Collision & Glass

Initially I was excited because I was told that parts would be ordered and labor would begin the following week after my estimate. My estimate was never sent to me as promised. I called 4 times and left messages requesting to be updated regarding parts and repair. Every time I called, the receptionist told me Ronnie was in meetings and would return my call (he never did). At one point she told me she thought parts might be ordered but could not confirm because she did not have access to the system. I then went to another collision center for an estimate. I informed this company that I had a claim number and brought it to Gerber prior to them and they said they wanted to call Gerber to make sure parts were not already ordered. When the estimator called Gerber the same receptionist told them parts were never ordered. The next day Ronnie texted me and told me he manually ordered all OEM parts so did not show it was linked to the insurance claim. At this point I did not trust this really happened and things seemed shady. Was extremely frustrated and disappointed with Gerber on 5712 S Garnett Rd Tulsa, OK. Was promised timelines/service and no communication to inform me of the process. I've used Gerber in the past (different location) and was very pleased. I would NEVER recommend this Gerber location. Don't waste your time!

What a guy! Justin was great to work with and kept me up updated throughout the whole process. Someone get that man a raise!
