If I could give a zero star, I would. I do not have State Farm, but a dealing with State Farm and this branch does not make the company look good. Alvertis Burkhalter, the manager/owner of the branch used her knowledge of how the system works to defraud an insurance claim by somehow making insurance coverage disappear on her 26 year old daughters vehicle so a claim would not be paid out. I was involved in a car accident with the daughter Kennedy Burkhalter, who was put at fault for the accident. She told me that she was on her mothers insurance policy and that she is the manager or owner on that branch. The accident happened to be at the intersection of where the State Farm branch is. Tulsa Police verified active insurance on it and the information was put in the police report. Kennedy was even telling me that her mom manages the State Farm branch and was pushing to have an adjuster come out right away from that branch, which did not happen because I do not have insurance through State Farm, nor would I have done it anyways. After getting the report and it showing Kennedy at fault, I filed a claim. I did a phone interview and everything was okay. Two days later I get a call saying that they have to put am investigation in for possibly no insurance. Accident was on August 17, 2022. I got a call 2 weeks ago stating that there was no insurance on the vehicle, but will not tell me when the insurance was taken off. Its convenient that she said there was insurance on the vehicle on her moms policy, TPD confirmed insurance, and all of a sudden there is no insurance and the mom manages a branch. Alvertis Burkhalter has abused her position to benefit her and her daughter and cause someone to not get a payout for the accident the daughter caused.
