Purchased a remote start, long range remotes, iPhone app and forever warranty. Spent over $1,085.00. Package came promptly. Upon receipt, reviewed installation videos to make sure had everything. When viewing the products all was good until I got to LRR (Long Range Remotes). The products inside were clearly used! Also, steps and instructions were missing in videos. Promptly contacted customer service and was initially given the total run around and deflections, never really getting any answers to my concerns, and no promise of getting the new remotes I actually paid for. However, the situation was elevated internally and I was contacted by a much more professional individual who clearly understood the issue and immediately corrected the problem by overnighting a new LRR package and discounting costs. Looking forward to getting my remote start installed!

I must first state that if it wasn't for Chris at 12volt this rating would have been closer to a two star rating. I'm not a tech savvy guy and before anyone says anything I've got an 05' 4runner and there is a little splicing involved. These guys helped so much to install the autostart all over the phone. Thanks guys!

Ive been using 5 years and never had issues even better than factory remote start when you buy dont forget to buy app module also you wont regret!!!
