        Everyone was super nice but I had called to see if they would help me install a battery in my car (because they were out of stock of the one I needed in store so I ordered online) and they said they would help install, so I drove up there and within 10 minutes of that phone call I was at the store and they said they could not install it so I drove up there for nothing.
