Its not even 2 pm. Tried to call this morning and it happened too....it rings 2 or 3 times and they end the call. Everytime. West side tag here i come! Midtown in fact has the laziest staff around. I have literally tried 10 times today and i got 'call ended' every time.

Sign on the window says drivers license renewal 830 to 4. Went in for a simple renewal at 3:30 and was told there were 3 people in front of me and to come back in the morning or before 3. If you're going to cut off DL renewal at 3 THEN CHANGE THE TIME TO 3. It's really that easy, but I wouldn't expect anyone who works at this agency to comprehend anything so simple. God, I can't wait to move out of this prehistoric state.

Went in for simple ID renewal. The very rude large lady behind the counter barked out "DIDN'T YA SEE THE SIGN ON THE DOOR". The sign said ID machine was down. I explained I was there yesterday and asked the other lady if it would be up today and she said yes. She then proceeds to tell me she is doing her last one of the day and I'm welcome to go to a dif tag agency. It was a little before 3pm. So my question is : is the machine really down or do they just want an excuse not to have to work? Judging from everyone else's reviews, I'm guessing it's the latter. This place is a joke. Don't subject yourself to the disgruntled service and save yourself some time. GO ELSEWHERE
