I'd give negative stars if I could. I have several reasons but the biggest reason is this - I went to one of their ATM machines to deposit the $200 in cash I made from work that night. The ATM took my cash AND my debit card. Like, ate them. So I looped around and went to the teller to figure it out. Of course they couldn't give me my cash or debit card right then so they put in a report. They gave me a credit the next day of the $200 the ATM stole while they did an "investigation". A week later I checked my account and I see I'm overdrawn. Well apparently their security measures are so terribly poor that they could only find $100 of my $200 that their ATM stole. So not only did they reverse $100, they also took the rest of the money that was in my account. And when I called I was basically told too bad we only found $100 so that's that since I have no way to "prove" it... like I'm sorry what? So you're saying someone stole the other $100 and none of your cameras or the ATM system can tell you that I deposited $200? Hm. That's interesting. I'm never trusting this bank with my money again and I will not be giving you a single dime. Get better security measures in place arvest. If you don't have a log of all attempted transactions on your ATM machines then you should NOT allow people to deposit money into their accounts through them. Absolutely horrible. Oh also! They said I'd have to pay for a new debit card eventhough my card was TAKEN BY YOUR MACHINE. I hope whatever employee did the "investigation" enjoyed that $100 and got some nice Christmas gifts with it! Disgusting.
