Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented from the airport because it was easiest to park my car there rather than to rely on someone else or Enterprise to pick me up. Additionally, they have a wider selection to choose from. I live in Bartlesville, so I had slim pickings.

We rented a sports car from Enterprise. Kaydn Reese was our agent who helped us. He was fantastic and made sure we got the car of our dreams for our route 66 adventure. He made it easy to pick up and was a friendly face again at drop off!

The staff was super when I picked up my car and when I dropped it off i mentioned a few issues I had that didnt affect the actual use of the car and the guy gave me a nice credit because of the issues.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever delt with. I would rather anywhere else than from this location. Employees and manager could care less about helping customers. Don't bother reaching out to enterprise if ypu have problems either.

Reserved a vehicle online with my debit card. Showed up in person to pay and pick up the vehicle, only to be told I must use a credit card to pay. Was never told this before showing up in person. I don't have a credit card so I was refused service even though I had a pre-booked reservation. Was left stranded by Enterprise with no solution presented and no vehicle. Won't be back.
