Stay far away from these people. I had a 9 am appointment and the showed up around 11. They got out of the car and said said they didn't have the right equipment. Said they would be back in 20 mins. 45 mins later I had to leave and who knows if they ever returned. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

ServiceMaster of Midtown Tulsa did an amazing job with smoke mitigation and water damage for my brother's condo. Very nice people - most importantly, I was comfortable with them having access while the place was not inhabited. They kept me continuously informed on progress - I appreciated the proactive communication. Thanks to them for taking care of me during a difficult time! Watching and listening to my mother for the last year dealing with this company after a house fire and still not able to get all her belongings and helping her unpack damaged things they packed. Watched this company go through so many employees and having to discuss issues over and over again is frustrating and the employees having no compassion to make it right. They still are unable to locate things to this day. Very disappointed .
