We could not have picked a better company to come and fix our home. So helpful, the team lead is a rockstar. Not only did they do an awesome job, raising our house, but he told me everything that was wrong under the house. I asked about leaks, he had already tested for leaks, I asked about rotten subfloors he told exactly where and what to do. They cleaned up the whole area before they left. I had one estimate by a fly by night company, that said I needed 23 piers, including two on a slab that had NO foundation, or footing, under it!!This made me suspicious!! I called Metro Structural and they said I needed 11 piers! I would recommend Metro highly! We had to wait several weeks, because they wee so busy, but got a professional, permanent repair, with a twenty year warranty, we can count on, for less cost!!

Metro placed 8 piers on my house and did a wonderful job! Brad gave a thorough inspection. The crew was very respectful and left a clean work space at the end of each day. I highly recommend Metro Structural!
