        Always a positive experience. Dr. Prince is nice and great at his job. Their staff seems to have great relationships with each other.

        2 stars because my husband said tech and Dr are decent. Buy why are they closed at 3 pm on a week day. Google hours and hours listed on their door say open till 5. They also don't accept certain insurances which is fine. Tried to give another insurance and they won't take that because because first insurance is not accepted or insurance was not listed. That's confusing. Tried to stop by to talk in person to get it figured out and they are closed for no reason in the middle of normal business hours.

        Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all very nice and made me feel comfortable. And Dr. Boles is a very terrific dentist!

        I had a root canal last Monday and the temporary crown fell off and now they will not see me and I paid in full, they keep canceling my appointments or putting me off. I don't know what to do.
