Great service, great people just sometimes its busy so I get it if they can't give me a perfect experience but as long as they try, that's all I need.

I have been shopping at this target for ten years, and never once, no matter when I come in, whether its 1 pm on a Saturday or 5 pm on a Wednesday is there ever more then 2-3 cashiers on staff. This wasnt an issue until suddenly self checkout was ten items only, and now theyve got someone stationed at the entrance to manually count whether or not you have ten items or less in your cart. Today, there were two checkout lanes open, each with long lines and when I tried to enter self checkout where there was NOT A SINGLE customer checking out, a girl stopped me and told me I couldnt use self checkout. As I was leaving, there were two families in self checkouts, both with red lights needing assistance, but the girl was too busy counting items in another familys cart to help. I understand this is a change in company policy and therefore no one in this building has power over it, but I wish you, as an individual store, would then have allocated staff hours to accommodate customer needs instead of cutting those hours entirely and making customers suffer for it.
