BEDBUGS BEWARE. ADULT BEDBUGS. First time I went here the toliet didn't work. Also barely any hot water. Told the front desk about the toliet, they said they'd send someone. They never did. Stayed multiple days, nobody cleaned the room or anything at all, despite letting them know. Next time I stayed (fool me twice, I know) went to lay down, instantly a massive bedbug right next to my face getting ready to get on me. Suddenly the itchy bloody back of my neck makes sense. Looked up on the bedframe and found another one. Included both pictures of the bedbugs and some random gross blob I found on the entry table as well for some reason. Not to mention they once again did not do any housekeeping come to our room, the room seemed gross, and they messed up our reservation the first time and booked 1 day instead of 3. Left immediately after seeing the bedbugs.

Place is wack. Things are falling apart inside and out, the landscaping is awful, doors dont work, ice machines are out of order, the fitness center had half an orange on the floor plus broken equipment, and some idiot had his car alarm go off at 230 am for a good half hour. The room wasnt bad but the rest of the place looked bad. The lobby door is locked from 11-6 for security reasons but at 715 am it was still locked and an employee was nowhere to be found. The breakfast is a lot to be desired as well. Pay extra and get a nicer place down the road.
