        Walked in with my friend trying to return/exchange a ring online because it was a little too big and we wanted a smaller size and they had told us no even though online it says you are able to its in good condition and she got it the same day we were trying to return. Their excuse of not wanting to accept it was because it needed to still be packaged and not worn even though she had to open and try it on to be able to see if it fit her.They were very rude and trying to talk over us after we discussed about sending it back online. I saw a review about them being nicer to better/nice dressed people and I could probably agree. Kendra Scott is a lot more nicer wont be shopping here again!
