Customer service is close to non-existent, been trying to get some assistance for about 4 days now and over 4-10 calls, they never answer the phone, except when you choose option 1 for sales and they can't help you with anything. They transfer you, you leave messages and nobody returns your call. Maybe the solution would be to show up and leave until your question are answered. Just saying

I scheduled an appointment for a recall notice and found out there was more than one. Software upgrades, oil change, and tire rotation completed in an hour. And a free car wash at the end.

Have an issue with my engine, Midtown had my car about 462 days... and only provided a rental after about 400 days. Other issues, but will let the courts handle that.
