We refinanced with them recently - it took longer than expected with very slow communication from them. Before we'd even made our first payment, our mortgage was sold to another company and we were barely able to get the information from that before the first payment was due. I would not recommend using Churchill.

Very poor experience with Churchill Mortgage. Bait and switch with rates. REALLY high closing costs.

As a first-time home buyer I feel that all my many questions had been answered. By the time our application was completed I felt that I was well-informed and was prepared for my closing date.
